Payment

I use Paypal for your secure transaction, which enables you to pay immediately by debit or credit card. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this method. Should you wish to pay via alternative method, such as cheque, postal order or bank transfer, please contact me on 07803 132070. Please note items will not be shipped until full cleared payment is received. I regret I am currently unable to take credit card payments over the phone.

Delivery

Delivery charges for UK only are as follows:

Up to £15 - £2.95

£15 to £30 - £4.95

£30 to £100 - £8.95

£100 and up - FREE!!

All horse sculptures are insured whatever their value, and are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class, Special Delivery or Parcelforce on a trackable service.

Orders are normally shipped within 2 working days of receipt of order. Orders are processed strictly on a first come, first served basis. If any item is out of stock, I will advise you by email of estimated shipping date. Should you need your order for a specific date, or on a next day delivery, for a birthday for example, please state this in the comments within Paypal when you place your order. If I am unable to fulfil your delivery requirement you will of course have the option to change or cancel your order.

Please allow up to 28 days delivery for Equestrian Trophy orders.

You will be emailed once your item has been despatched.

Damage in transit

All our items are prSofessionally packed before despatch. However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please notify me within 48 hours of receipt. You will be offered a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available. I will require the packaging to be kept by the recipient plus photographs sent to me of the damage to enable a refund or replacement to be processsed. I do not require damaged items to be returned to me from UK or Internationally.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of goods. Should you wish to return your item, you must return it to me within this period in mint condition for a refund, less the original postage costs and 15% restocking fee. Unless it is an error on my part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

I regret I am unable to accept returns for made to order trophies. Viewings are welcome prior to despatch to ensure you are happy with the finished product.

International buyers
